Unfortunately in life things happen that you never expect to happen. My family has never had to deal with law enforcement or bail bonding before. Fortunately we found Suzanne with AA Bail Bonds. I was scared, confused and completely lost on how the whole system works. Suzanne is very compassionate and considerate with the way she goes about handling her business. Within minutes of talking to her it was like talking to a family member. She found out all the information on my son and relayed it to me before his attorney even knew. When my son was done being processed she was there to get him out and had a good conversation with him about things that were happening. I needed a Bail bondsman and was totally lost in how the Judicial worked in my time of crisis. I had been contacted by a bondsman before I knew that my family member was giving bail. Which I found out later was unethical. I contacted AA Bail Bond and spoke to Suzanne Golden , who walked me thru the whole process. Even thou I did not retain her services she followed up with me to see if I was ok. Also offered to see my family member while they were at Franklin County Prison to check on them to give me a peace of mind. She was very professional and straight forward. I would recommend her and AA Bail Bond to anyone who was in need of retaining a bail bondsman. Not only was she professional, she was sincere and caring. Her attitude was very much appreciated in my time of need , as well as she did not give me a run around , nor try to take my money. She is very ethical.

I have never written a review on a company or product that I did not end up using, at least not yet. I can honestly say I have never met someone more straightforward and honest. I was trying to get a family member out of jail and started making calls to bond companies. First of all, the 2% guy was nowhere near 2% on his price and all he was worried about is what property or belongings I had to give him as well as money money money. I am so happy I finally came to my senses and called Suzanne who originally was recommended to me by quite a few people. I had a questions concerning my family members case and Suzanne took that information made numerous phone calls to both the local area and another county where he had an issue. She explained to me that she would not take my money if my family member was not going to be able to walk out the door because that is what I was paying her to do! She performed her due diligence and learned that my family member would not be able to get out of jail immediately. Knowing his local case would more than likely progress through the system while he was being held on the other case, she suggested that I hold off on posting the bond . This was a substantial bond and I know the other guy saw a big dollar sign! She was very thorough and above all honest! Even though I ended up not using her as the bondsman right then (which was on her recommendation), I will use her when I know my family member can be released.

Very friendly! Coming from somebody who has never been through anything like this before, Suzanne was VERY helpful in explaining to me how the whole process worked! I could not have picked a better group to go through!

A friend of mine got in trouble and was arrested as a result. Bail was set so the search for a bail bondsman began. Suzanne (A A Bail Bonds) answered the phone right away. She was friendly and helpful. She took time to explain to me how bail worked and what it would cost. Suzanne showed extreme interest in information related to whether or not my friend could actually be released if bail was posted (my friend was on probation before the arrest and if the probation department placed a detainer on him he would not be released even if bail was posted).

Because my friend's situation was complicated it took a while to be able to confirm that he was indeed going to be released if bail was posted. Suzanne put in the time to find that information since she did not want me to waste my money if he was not getting out once bail was posted. I call that integrity. Because of her patience and integrity I would recommend A A Bail Bonds as a bail bonsperson to anyone seeking a bail bondsman.
